The Lakeside Visitor Centre is the located within the park , a Parkland that spans over 800 acres of forest at Lough Key. it is short walk from the car park and here you can also avail of free parking if you purchase certain visitor activities.

With seating available on the outdoor deck area. here you can enjoy the views over Lough Key Old Harbour, Marina and Castle Island from indoors or from the outdoor deck area.
Enjoy the daily offering of home-baked buns and cakes with all made on-site, with a Cup of tea or coffee or beverage of your choice. The cafe also specializes in snacks and lunches including Baguettes, Bagels, Wraps, a Hot Dish of the Day, and their signature Pizza.
Lakeside Shop
The shop is available to purchase sweets, crisps, ice cream, and gifts, as well as other things to help you enjoy your day in the park.
Having a picnic in the park is always an option at the shop where you can pick up some take away items perfect for your perfect picnic in the Park.

THE LOUGH KEY EXPERIENCE
Discover how this fascinating landscape has been shaped; from underground to up amongst the treetops, ‘Irelands only Tree Canopy Walk, a truly unique experience immersing you in the history, flora and fauna that make Lough Key so unique.
The ‘Lough Key Experience’ is an engaging audio trail of the Park’s history, flora and fauna through the 19th century underground tunnels, to the top of the refurbished 5-storey Moylurg viewing tower and along a contemporary Tree Canopy Walk, the first of its kind in Ireland, This 300m long creation of timber and steel gently rises 9m above the woodland floor and offers an engaging ‘birds-eye’ view of nature as it meanders through the treetops offering panoramic views of the shimmering island-studded lake.
