Enjoy an hour on the water in our rowing boats, ideal for small group adventures and supervised outdoor activity.

To begin planning your Cubs, Scouts, or Venture Group outing, please complete the enquiry form with as much detail as possible.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will:
- Check availability for your preferred date(s)
- Review the most suitable activity options for your group
- Confirm the best option based on group size and age profile
- Advise on pricing and package options
- Help finalise the details for a safe, smooth, and enjoyable group experience
To secure a private booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

A deposit is required to confirm and secure all Private Charter bookings.
Please note:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received
If you need to cancel:
- The deposit remains non-refundable
- Any additional balance paid may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the notice provided
If you need to amend your booking:
- We will do our best to accommodate changes to date or time
- All amendments are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance
Weather & Safety
All private charters are subject to suitable weather and safe operating conditions.
If we need to cancel due to weather or operational reasons, we will:
- Offer an alternative date or time where possible, or
- Provide a refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged

Our tour boat is fully covered and heated, so the experience is enjoyable rain or shine. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain, we offer a full refund or a flexible reschedule date.
