We are delighted to offer rowing boat hire on a first come first serve basis.
Opening daily 11.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Half Hour 30 (To the Castle and Back brisk)
Full Hour 40 (To the Castle and Back, leisurely take your timer)
We can take 5 passengers on each rowing boat, self-guided.

A Unique Night and Day Festival Experience
Step aboard the Lough Key Boats tour boat for a special evening of live music on the water featuring intimate performances from musicians appearing on the Una Bhan Stage at Night and Day Festival.
As the sun begins to set over Lough Key Forest Park, enjoy a one-hour cruise across the lake with live acoustic performances in a relaxed and unforgettable setting.
This is a limited-capacity experience designed exclusively for Night and Day Festival attendees.
About the Experience
Lough Key Boats has been operating on the lake for over 40 years and this special Music on the Water series offers festival-goers the chance to experience the beauty of Lough Key from a completely different perspective.
Small-scale live performances, open water, evening atmosphere and the natural surroundings of the lake combine to create a memorable and intimate festival experience unlike anything else on site.
