Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. In the event that we need to cancel your trip due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will also receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
To cancel or discuss any changes to your booking, please contact us by phone. Please note that no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
