Our boarding area is designed to provide safe access to our passenger boats. Access conditions may vary depending on water levels and weather conditions.
Visitors with mobility requirements are encouraged to contact us before their visit so we can discuss the most suitable arrangements and provide any assistance required.
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- Follow all instructions provided by crew members.
- Wear suitable footwear with good grip, particularly in wet weather.
- Take extra care when walking on boarding area.
- Inform a member of staff if you require assistance boarding the vessel.
- Notify our team of any mobility requirements before your visit where possible.
While onboard, passengers must:
- Remain seated when instructed by crew members.
- Keep hands, arms and personal belongings inside the vessel.
- Follow all crew instructions promptly.
- Respect other passengers and maintain safe behaviour throughout the tour.
Ensure children remain under adult supervision at all times.
Passengers must not engage in behaviour that could endanger themselves, other passengers, crew members or the vessel.
Children are welcome aboard all scheduled tours.
To ensure their safety:
- Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
- Running, climbing or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow crew instructions.
We welcome wheelchair users wherever possible. The boat is not wheelchair accessible but in some cases where there is some mobility, our crew can assist down the steps and into the boat. (There are approximately 6 concrete steps on the pier, and there are 4 steps in the boat and 2 steps into the boat).
Due to the nature of operating on a lake environment, accessibility may vary depending on:
- Water levels
- Weather conditions
- Individual mobility requirements

Lifejackets will be provided or issued when required and passengers must follow all instructions regarding their use.
