How Private Charter Booking Works

To begin planning your corporate charter, please complete the enquiry form with as much detail as possible.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will:

• Check availability for your preferred date(s)
• Review the most suitable time of day for your event
• Confirm the best charter option for your group size
• Advise on pricing and package options
• Help finalise the details for a smooth and enjoyable experience

To secure your private charter booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy | Private Corporate Charters

A deposit is required to confirm and secure all Private Charter bookings.

Please note:

• The deposit is non-refundable
• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received

If you need to cancel:

• The deposit remains non-refundable
• Any additional balance paid may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the notice provided

If you need to amend your booking:

• We will do our best to accommodate changes to date or time
• All amendments are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance

Weather & Safety

All private charters are subject to suitable weather and safe operating conditions.
If we need to cancel due to weather or operational reasons, we will:

• Offer an alternative date or time where possible, or
• Provide a refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged
